most cities have a census of the people living there, and devious point is no different. but here, we have a different system which basically just includes the residents and their reason for being here. below is the form that you need to fill out to get yourself added to the census, if you haven't already been added. cannon characters are already up so if your an original, just post below. remember, there are only three killers and for now, it's staying that way.
