this is a way to keep track of who is in use, and who is simply.. well, not. only accepted members may claim a celebrity, but registered members can reserve them for three days [72 hours]. no double celebrities for anyone other than twins if the celebrity list doesn't have at least 25 active users. otherwise, there are plenty of celebs for you to choose from. also, any faces that aren't bolded are faces that are the portrayal claims for the still free canon characters.
